2.2 If you are registering with the Site as a childcare provider we will collect the following personal information from you:
- a) Certain information required to register with the Site including first and last name, address, email address and telephone number;
- b) Details of your professional qualifications, experience etc. required for the listing.
2.3 Although it is not compulsory to give us this information, if you do not then you cannot register and use the Site.
3. Use of this information
3.1 We will use this information in order to:
- a) match childcare seekers and childcare providers;
b) collect payment from childcare seekers;
c) make general improvements to our Site;
d) analyse how users are making use of the Site;
e) notify you of certain offers and new products (subject to your right to unsubscribe or opt-out).
4. Sharing this information
4.1 We will need to provide childcare provider's personal information to childcare seekers as part of the services we are offering through the Site.
4.2 Credit or debit card payments will be collected by our payment processor.
4.3 In order for payments to be processed you may need to provide some necessary details to our agent. We tell you about this at the point we collect that information on the Site.
